If I could shout one thing from the rooftop it would be, “For God’s Sake, Live YOUR Life!” Not the life that others expect of you, but the one that you silently wish for. My name is Rochelle Keturah Baptiste. I am your authenticity coach, and I am here to support you in living your truest expression of life- because joy is your birthright.     

Like most of you, my life has been full of twists and turns. Never being afraid to reinvent myself, I filed for divorce after almost 20 years of marriage.  I’ve taken career leaps from business management to catering & event planning to clinical social work. I’ve worked suicide hotlines and counseled thousands of individuals coping with loss. Throughout the years, my moments of joy were overshadowed by death, broken relationships, anxiety, sadness and shame. As a result, my personal and professional journey have taught me the greatest lesson:

Choosing to live expansively by practicing authentic joy is transformational.

When you choose to re-create your life from the inside out, you will experience a level of joy you didn’t think possible. Together, we’ll discover what’s blocking your joy faucet from flowing freely. So freely, that the overflow is an ease-filled joy that rests on your heart. For me, it’s a career that works with and not against my values. It’s loving, growth-focused relationships. It’s dancing like no one's watching. It’s using my voice. It’s loving my whole self unconditionally. And still the best is yet to come, because it would be one of my greatest joys to support you in creating your own version of authentic living.
